By accessing or using HuddleSpy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by HuddleSpy LLC of Mesa, Arizona, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

HuddleSpy provides an AI-powered sports analytics platform that generates predictive insights and matchup analysis for professional sports leagues and events, such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, and major mixed martial arts promotions. The sports and leagues we cover change over time.

The service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

HuddleSpy is offered only to people located in the United States who are at least 21 years old. Access from outside the United States is not permitted.

HuddleSpy is free to use. AI matchup analysis is available only to registered account holders; a free account unlocks every feature of the Platform.

All content on HuddleSpy — including predictions, analyses, confidence scores, and insights — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

HuddleSpy is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. It does not accept, place, process, or settle wagers, hold funds for wagering, or set odds, and nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, sports betting tips, wagering recommendations, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting and wagering activity in their jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that sporting events are inherently unpredictable and that no prediction or analysis carries any guarantee of accuracy. Any financial, betting, or wager-related decision you make is yours alone, and any reliance on HuddleSpy content is at your own risk.

All predictions, analysis, and insights on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and informational purposes only. HuddleSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Historical performance and past results do not guarantee future results.

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, hallucinations, or omissions. Users should apply their own judgment and discretion when reviewing any content on this Platform.

HuddleSpy does not claim ownership of any team names, league names, player names, logos, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property belonging to:

HuddleSpy LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, UFC, PFL, or any sports league, team, or organization. Original Platform content, features, code, and interface are owned by HuddleSpy LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform content without our prior written consent.

The Platform aggregates and processes data from third-party sports data providers and publicly available sources. HuddleSpy is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in underlying data and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data supplied by upstream providers.

The Platform may display advertising, sponsored content, promotions, and links from third parties, including licensed sportsbooks, online gaming, daily fantasy sports, and other gaming operators. HuddleSpy may be paid for displaying them, including a fee or commission when you click a link, sign up, or make a deposit or purchase with an advertiser.

Sponsored content is identified as such. It is not an endorsement or a recommendation by HuddleSpy, and it is not part of our predictions or analysis. HuddleSpy is not a party to any account, wager, transaction, or offer between you and an advertiser; those are governed solely by the advertiser's own terms, and any promotion or bonus is offered and fulfilled by the advertiser.

Gambling-related offers are intended only for people of legal gambling age — 21 in most states — who are located where the offer is lawful. HuddleSpy may limit which offers you see based on your approximate location, and you agree not to respond to any offer you are not legally eligible for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuddleSpy is not responsible or liable for any advertiser, its products or services, the accuracy of its advertising, or any loss you incur — including any gambling loss — in dealing with it.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States to create or use an account, and you confirm that you are 21 or older when you create one. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We may suspend or close an account that does not meet these requirements or that violates these Terms.

HuddleSpy is currently free to use with no subscription required. There are no paid plans or in-app purchases, and we do not collect payment information.

If we introduce paid features, we will give you notice before they take effect, and you will not be charged unless you first explicitly agree to pay.

You agree not to:

• —Use HuddleSpy predictions or content for commercial purposes without authorization
• —Redistribute, resell, syndicate, or republish Platform content
• —Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• —Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuddleSpy LLC and its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any reliance on predictions, analysis, or other content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if HuddleSpy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For a material change — including any change to how disputes are resolved, our limits of liability, or who may use the Platform — we will post a notice on the Platform before it takes effect, and the next time you use your account we will ask you to review and agree to the updated terms. Until you agree, you will not be able to continue using your account, and you may instead sign out or delete it. We may also tell you about a material change by email. A material change does not apply to a dispute that arose before you agreed to it. Minor changes, such as clarifications and corrections, take effect when posted with an updated date.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under these terms are resolved through the process described in our Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms and includes an individual arbitration requirement and class action waiver. Disputes excepted from arbitration under that agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
