Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026.

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how HuddleSpy LLC ("HuddleSpy", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on huddlespy.com. HuddleSpy is a US-only service: traffic from outside the United States is redirected away from the platform, and we refuse to create accounts for visitors located in the EU, EEA or UK.

We do not display a cookie consent banner. That is because every item listed below is either strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for (keeping you signed in, signing you out after inactivity) or is a preference you set yourself by using a control on the site (theme, dismissing a prompt). We set no advertising, analytics, profiling or session-recording technology of any kind — so there is nothing on this site that consent would gate.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. HuddleSpy also uses browser localStorage — a similar technology that stores data locally on your device without expiring at the end of a browser session.

Cookies We Use

HuddleSpy uses only essential cookies necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Essential cookies and local storage used by HuddleSpy:

Third-Party Cookies

HuddleSpy does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts, and does not run any session-recording or session-replay tool. Stripe's payment flow (accessed via Stripe-hosted checkout pages) may set its own cookies governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy. Vercel's edge infrastructure may set performance cookies governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

No Advertising or Tracking

HuddleSpy does not use cookies or local storage for advertising targeting, cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or sale of data to third parties, and does not participate in any advertising network.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent HuddleSpy from functioning correctly, including preventing you from signing in. Clearing localStorage will reset your theme preference and sign you out of your current session.

Changes to This Policy

HuddleSpy may update this Cookie Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
