HuddleSpy LLC ("HuddleSpy") requires all users to be at least 18 years of age to access the platform. This Age Verification Statement describes how HuddleSpy implements and enforces this requirement.

By creating an account or accessing HuddleSpy, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are not permitted to use HuddleSpy under any circumstances, including with parental consent. This restriction exists because HuddleSpy's content references sports betting lines, odds, and wagering-adjacent analytical data that is intended for adult audiences only.

HuddleSpy enforces the 18+ age requirement through the following measures:

• —Account registration requires affirmative agreement to the Terms of Service, which states the 18+ requirement
• —Users who register via email and password must check a box confirming agreement to the Terms of Service before account creation is permitted
• —Users who register via Google OAuth are presented with a consent screen requiring agreement to the Terms of Service before platform access is granted
• —HuddleSpy reserves the right to terminate any account where there is reason to believe the user is under 18

HuddleSpy does not collect government-issued identification or perform independent third-party age verification. HuddleSpy relies on the user's affirmative representation at account creation. If HuddleSpy becomes aware that a user is under 18, the account will be terminated immediately and any associated data deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

HuddleSpy does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account on HuddleSpy, please contact contact@huddlespy.com immediately and we will investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination and data deletion.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed HuddleSpy, please contact contact@huddlespy.com. HuddleSpy will cooperate with parents and guardians to identify and remove any accounts belonging to minors.
