We offer both free and subscription-based access tiers. Features available to free users may be limited compared to paid subscription plans.

You acknowledge that sporting events are inherently unpredictable and that no prediction or analysis carries any guarantee of accuracy. You agree not to use HuddleSpy content as the sole basis for any financial, betting, or wager-related decisions.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, and underlying code — are owned by HuddleSpy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuddleSpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable courts.
