HuddleSpy provides an AI-powered sports analytics platform that currently generates predictive insights and matchup analysis for the following sports, with additional leagues added over time:

This service is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Access from outside the United States is not permitted.

We offer a free tier with 1 pick per sport per day and no credit card required, plus subscription-based Pro access.

All content on HuddleSpy — including predictions, analyses, confidence scores, and insights — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

HuddleSpy is not a gambling or sports betting service, does not facilitate wagering of any kind, and nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, sports betting tips, wagering recommendations, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting and wagering activity in their jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that sporting events are inherently unpredictable and that no prediction or analysis carries any guarantee of accuracy. You agree not to use HuddleSpy content as the basis for any financial, betting, or wager-related decisions.

All predictions, analysis, and insights on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and informational purposes only. HuddleSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Historical performance and past results do not guarantee future results.

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, hallucinations, or omissions. Users should apply their own judgment and discretion when reviewing any content on this Platform.

HuddleSpy does not claim ownership of any team names, league names, player names, logos, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property belonging to:

The Platform aggregates and processes data from third-party sports data providers and publicly available sources. HuddleSpy is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in underlying data and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data supplied by upstream providers.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

HuddleSpy offers a free tier with 1 pick per sport per day and no credit card required. Paid Pro subscription plans are billed in advance as Pro Monthly at $14.99/month or Pro Annual at $149.99/year ($12.49/month), depending on the plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including for partial months or partial years remaining after cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.

HuddleSpy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on their account.

You agree not to:

• —Redistribute, resell, syndicate, or republish Platform content
• —Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• —Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuddleSpy LLC and its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any reliance on predictions, analysis, or other content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if HuddleSpy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
