DMCA Policy

HuddleSpy LLC ("HuddleSpy") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy describes how to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement and how HuddleSpy responds to such notices.

If you believe that content on huddlespy.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@huddlespy.com containing:

• —A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• —A description of the material on HuddleSpy that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• —A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• —A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
• —Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, HuddleSpy will:

• —Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• —Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
• —Document the notice for our records

HuddleSpy reserves the right to restore content if a valid counter-notice is received or if we determine the original notice was invalid.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@huddlespy.com containing:

• —Your full legal name and contact information
• —Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• —A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• —Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district
• —Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, HuddleSpy may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

HuddleSpy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

HuddleSpy displays sports statistics, scores, standings, and related data sourced from licensed third-party providers including BallDontLie, The Odds API, and MLB Stats API. Raw sports statistics and factual game data are generally not subject to copyright protection. HuddleSpy's AI-generated analytical content, site design, and branding are proprietary to HuddleSpy LLC.
