Overview

HuddleSpy LLC ("HuddleSpy") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy describes how to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement and how HuddleSpy responds to such notices.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on huddlespy.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@huddlespy.com containing:

  • Your full legal name and contact information including email address and phone number
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the material on HuddleSpy that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

HuddleSpy's Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, HuddleSpy will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
  • Document the notice for our records

HuddleSpy reserves the right to restore content if a valid counter-notice is received or if we determine the original notice was invalid.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@huddlespy.com containing:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, HuddleSpy may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

HuddleSpy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Sports Data and Statistics

HuddleSpy displays sports statistics, scores, standings, and related data sourced from licensed third-party providers including BallDontLie, The Odds API, and MLB Stats API. Raw sports statistics and factual game data are generally not subject to copyright protection. HuddleSpy's AI-generated analytical content, site design, and branding are proprietary to HuddleSpy LLC.
