Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the HuddleSpy platform, including its website, API, and all associated services. By accessing HuddleSpy, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. HuddleSpy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy.

HuddleSpy is a sports analytics and AI prediction platform intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational use by individual users located within the United States. You may access predictions, standings, and analytical content for your own personal reference.

You may not use HuddleSpy to:

• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without written permission
• —Resell, redistribute, or sublicense prediction data or analytical content to third parties
• —Use prediction output as the basis for commercial gambling tip services or paid advisory services
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or data pipelines
• —Circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means
• —Access the platform from outside the United States in violation of our Terms of Service
• —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent account information
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to HuddleSpy systems, APIs, or other users' accounts
• —Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair HuddleSpy infrastructure
• —Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the platform

Direct access to the HuddleSpy backend API is permitted only through the official frontend at huddlespy.com. Automated or programmatic access to backend endpoints without written authorization is prohibited. HuddleSpy rate limits all API endpoints and reserves the right to block IP addresses or accounts that abuse API access.

All prediction content, analytical output, site design, and branding are the intellectual property of HuddleSpy LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute HuddleSpy content without prior written consent. Sports statistics and data are sourced from licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms.

HuddleSpy reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Violations may result in:

• —Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund
• —Blocking of your IP address or device
• —Legal action where appropriate

HuddleSpy is not required to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.

HuddleSpy may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
