Billing Terms

Overview

These Billing Terms govern all subscription and payment transactions on HuddleSpy. By purchasing a HuddleSpy Pro subscription, you agree to these Billing Terms in addition to the Terms of Service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. HuddleSpy does not store your payment card information.

Subscription Plans

HuddleSpy offers two Pro subscription plans: a monthly plan billed at $14.99 per month, and an annual plan billed at $149.99 per year (equivalent to $12.49 per month). Both plans provide identical Pro features. The Free plan provides limited access at no charge and does not require payment information.

Billing and Payment

Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. For monthly plans, you will be billed every 30 days from your subscription start date. For annual plans, you will be billed once per year from your subscription start date. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment method you provide at checkout. If payment fails, HuddleSpy will retry the charge and your account may be downgraded to Free tier if payment cannot be collected after reasonable retry attempts.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page by selecting "Manage Subscription." Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at HuddleSpy's sole discretion in cases of documented service failure. HuddleSpy does not issue refunds for partial months or partial years remaining after cancellation.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact contact@huddlespy.com within 14 days of the charge.

Price Changes

HuddleSpy may change subscription prices at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' email notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Account Deletion and Subscription

If you delete your HuddleSpy account, your Pro subscription will be set to cancel at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged.

Failed Payments and Dunning

If a payment fails, HuddleSpy and Stripe will attempt to collect payment over a period of up to 14 days. During this period your account remains active. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and your account downgraded to Free tier. You will receive email notification of failed payment attempts.

Stripe's Role

Payment processing, card storage, and billing management are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. HuddleSpy has no access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.
